Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Noden Pro. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for both App Store subscriptions and licenses purchased directly from us.
1. App Store subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their terms — we are unable to issue them directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and manage or cancel your subscription in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
2. Licenses purchased directly
If you bought a license key directly from us, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if Noden Pro isn't right for you — no complicated questions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. To request a refund, email us with your purchase receipt.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.
4. Free plan
The free plan is, and always will be, free — no payment, no refund needed.
